Services are available to UK residents aged 18 and over. Consultations are conducted via video call, phone, or in-person where possible.
Your Responsibilities
As a subscriber, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during consultations and registration
- Attend scheduled consultation sessions or provide reasonable notice for rescheduling
- Pay subscription fees on time according to the agreed schedule
- Use our services for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these terms
- Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials or account information
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services to:
- Engage in illegal activities or violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Share, resell, or redistribute our consultation services to third parties

Payment Terms and Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. The following payment terms apply:
- Monthly subscription fee of £250 is due on the same date each month
- All prices include VAT at the current UK rate (20%)
- Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the subscription service with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for breach of these terms.
Upon termination, access to ongoing consultations will cease, but you retain access to any materials provided during your subscription period.
Service Disclaimers
Our consultation services are provided for informational and guidance purposes. We make no guarantees about specific financial outcomes or results.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount of subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
